The AACSR-LOS-REG-GCN is a high-performance low-loss all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for renewable energy grid connection scenarios. It integrates five core advantages: ultra-low transmission loss, high electrical conductivity, stable impedance matching, strong adaptability to fluctuating power output, and durable performance in outdoor renewable energy environments.
The product adopts a low-loss optimized structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-purity Al-Mg-Si alloy with special annealing treatment, improving electrical conductivity to ≥60% IACS and reducing transmission loss by 18% compared with conventional AACSR conductors. The steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with a scientifically designed cross-sectional ratio, ensuring sufficient mechanical strength while minimizing impedance.
