2. Description
 

The AACSR-A3-SCX-CR-WRS-CAS is a high-performance overhead transmission conductor specially developed for harsh coastal environments. It adopts a concentric stranding structure with Al-Fe corrosion-resistant alloy core (A3 grade) and 37-strand ultra-high strength galvanized steel core (SCX grade), integrating the excellent corrosion resistance of Al-Fe alloy, the ultra-high tensile strength of multi-strand steel core and the reliable electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy.
Compared with conventional ACSR conductors, this product has significantly improved corrosion resistance-its Al-Fe alloy layer and galvanized steel core with aluminum coating form a double anti-corrosion barrier, which can effectively resist salt spray erosion, humidity and chemical corrosion in coastal areas. The 37-strand steel core structure ensures ultra-high tensile strength, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of long-span (≥300m) transmission lines in coastal cross-sea, cross-island scenarios.
In addition, the alternate left-right lay direction of the stranding structure enhances the conductor's stability under strong wind vibration, avoiding fatigue damage caused by long-term wind load. It is an ideal core component for coastal power grid construction and offshore wind power projects, providing long-term, stable and reliable power transmission guarantee for coastal areas with harsh environments.
