2. Description
 

The AACSR-A1-SCN-LLS-UGU is a high-performance overhead transmission conductor specially developed for urban grid upgrading environments. It adopts a concentric stranding structure with Al-Mg-Si high-conductivity alloy core (A1 grade) and 19-strand high-strength galvanized steel core (SCN grade), integrating the excellent electrical conductivity of Al-Mg-Si alloy, the balanced load-bearing capacity of multi-strand steel core and the ultra-low power loss performance of optimized conductor structure.
Compared with conventional ACSR conductors, this product has significantly reduced transmission loss-its high-conductivity aluminum alloy layer and rational stranding design minimize DC resistivity, which can effectively reduce energy waste during urban medium and high voltage power transmission. The 19-strand steel core structure ensures sufficient mechanical strength, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of medium and short-span (≤150m) transmission lines in urban densely built-up scenarios.
In addition, the alternate left-right lay direction of the stranding structure enhances the conductor's stability under urban complex wind conditions, avoiding fatigue damage caused by long-term operation in urban high-frequency vibration environments. It is an ideal core component for urban grid upgrading projects, providing long-term, stable and energy-saving power transmission guarantee for urban areas with high power density and strict loss control requirements.
