The CCS-HTS-OHP-STD is a high-performance high-tensile Copper Clad Steel (CCS) strand, exclusively engineered for overhead power lines. It integrates six core advantages: exceptional tensile strength for long spans, excellent electrical conductivity, reliable corrosion resistance, low sag under load, compliance with power industry standards, and cost-effectiveness compared to pure copper conductors.

Adopting high-quality low-carbon steel core with high-purity copper cladding, the product undergoes precision drawing, stranding and anti-corrosion treatment. The steel core provides ultra-high tensile strength (≥800MPa), reducing line sag and increasing span distances, while the copper cladding ensures excellent electrical conductivity (≥20% IACS) for efficient power transmission. The uniform copper layer (≥0.2mm) combined with anti-corrosion coating forms a dual protective barrier, resisting atmospheric corrosion, salt spray and chemical erosion.

Compared with pure copper strands, it offers 30% higher tensile strength at a lower cost, solving the pain points of high cost and insufficient strength in long-span overhead lines. Its optimized stranding structure (1+6/1+12 configuration) ensures flexibility and easy installation, adapting to various overhead line construction methods. Compliant with GB/T 3956, ASTM B520 and IEC 60228 standards, it meets the strict requirements of power grid construction. With stable performance in extreme temperatures (-40ºC to 120ºC), it ensures reliable power transmission in diverse environments, making it an ideal choice for overhead power line projects.
