2. Description

The AACSR-COR-CST-IND is a high-performance corrosion-resistant all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for power transmission in coastal industrial zones. It integrates five core advantages: excellent salt mist corrosion resistance, strong tolerance to corrosive industrial gases, high mechanical strength for industrial layout, stable current-carrying capacity under high humidity, and anti-aging performance in marine climate.

The product adopts a professional anti-corrosion structure: the steel core is treated with hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating, which has 50% higher salt mist resistance than conventional galvanized steel cores, effectively preventing rust and corrosion caused by saltwater and humid air; the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-purity Al-Mg-Si alloy with a special anti-corrosion coating, which can isolate corrosive media and avoid pitting corrosion. The overall stranding adopts a dense structure, enhancing the conductor's resistance to mechanical impact and reducing the intrusion of salt mist and dust.

Compared with conventional AACSR conductors, this product can withstand 4000+ hours of neutral salt spray testing without performance degradation, significantly extending the service life in coastal industrial environments. It operates stably in the temperature range of -40ºC to 100ºC, adapting to the large day-night temperature difference and high humidity in coastal areas. With high electrical conductivity (≥58% IACS), it ensures low transmission loss under heavy industrial load, improving energy utilization efficiency for coastal enterprises.
