Product Description

2. Description
 

The AACSR-A2-SCX-HSS-WVR-MTS is a high-performance overhead transmission conductor specially developed for harsh mountainous long-span environments. It adopts a concentric stranding structure with Al-Zr ultra-high strength alloy core (A2 grade) and 37-strand ultra-high strength galvanized steel core (SCX grade), integrating the excellent tensile strength of Al-Zr alloy, the ultra-high load-bearing capacity of multi-strand steel core and the reliable electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy.
Compared with conventional ACSR conductors, this product has significantly improved mechanical strength-its Al-Zr alloy core and 37-strand high-strength steel core form a double load-bearing structure, which can effectively withstand the combined loads of self-weight, strong wind and ice in mountainous areas. The 37-strand steel core structure ensures ultra-high tensile strength, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of long-span (≥300m) transmission lines in mountainous cross-valley, cross-mountain scenarios.
In addition, the alternate left-right lay direction of the stranding structure enhances the conductor's stability under strong mountain wind vibration, avoiding fatigue damage caused by long-term turbulent wind load in mountain valleys. It is an ideal core component for mountainous power grid construction and wind power projects, providing long-term, stable and reliable power transmission guarantee for mountainous areas with complex terrain and harsh wind conditions.
