The ACS-LWT-OHC-LLC is a high-performance lightweight aluminum clad steel wire, specially developed for overhead communication lines. It integrates six core advantages: excellent lightweight performance, reliable mechanical strength, stable signal transmission, good flexibility for erection, strong weather resistance, and low load-bearing pressure on poles.

The product adopts an overhead communication-oriented lightweight optimization design: the steel core uses high-strength low-density alloy, and the outer aluminum cladding adopts a precision thin-wall hot-dip process. Compared with conventional ACS wires, its weight is reduced by 25%, which significantly lowers the load pressure on communication poles-especially suitable for old poles and lightweight supports that cannot bear heavy loads. The optimized cladding structure ensures tight bonding between the steel core and aluminum layer, avoiding delamination during aerial tensioning and long-term operation. With good flexibility (minimum bending radius 7× wire diameter), it can be easily erected in complex terrain such as mountainous areas and rural villages, reducing construction difficulty and labor costs.
