2. Description

The AACSR-ANT-COL-TRA-HGH is a high-performance anti-icing all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for high-altitude cold region transmission lines. It integrates six core advantages: superior anti-icing and ice-phobic performance, excellent low-temperature toughness, strong resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, high mechanical strength for alpine wind loads, durable operation in high-altitude environments, and stable current-carrying capacity under extreme cold.
The product adopts a professional anti-icing and high-altitude-adapted structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-strength Al-Zr alloy with a dual-layer nano-scale ice-phobic coating, which reduces surface energy and prevents ice adhesion, lowering ice accumulation weight by 60% compared with conventional AACSR conductors. The steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with low-temperature anti-brittle treatment, maintaining excellent toughness even at -50ºC and resisting ice-induced tension and impact. The optimized stranding design enhances wind flow around the conductor, accelerating ice melting and reducing ice coating thickness, while improving anti-vibration performance to cope with high-altitude strong winds.
Compared with traditional conductors, this product effectively solves the problem of icing and ice flashover in high-altitude cold regions, significantly reducing de-icing costs and line failure rates caused by ice accumulation. It operates stably in the temperature range of -55ºC to 90ºC, adapting to extreme low temperatures, high-altitude hypoxia (no impact on material performance) and frequent freeze-thaw cycles.
