The AACSR-LWT-URB-OHP is a high-performance lightweight all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for urban overhead power grid scenarios. It integrates five core advantages: significant weight reduction, excellent mechanical strength-to-weight ratio, compact structure for narrow corridors, easy installation in dense urban areas, and stable performance in urban complex environments.
The product adopts a lightweight optimized structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-strength Al-Zr alloy with refined grain technology, reducing the overall weight by 18% compared with conventional AACSR conductors under the same current-carrying capacity; the steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with a reasonable cross-sectional ratio, ensuring sufficient tensile strength while controlling weight. The compact concentric stranding design reduces the outer diameter by 10%, making it suitable for narrow urban power corridors and reducing wind resistance and visual interference.
Compared with heavy traditional conductors, this product significantly lowers tower load pressure, avoiding costly tower reinforcement during old urban grid renovation.
