Product Description

2. Description

The AACSR-HST-HAL-PWR is a high-performance high-strength all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially designed for power transmission in harsh high-altitude environments. It integrates six core advantages: superior tensile strength, excellent low-temperature resistance, strong wind vibration fatigue resistance, high current-carrying capacity, UV radiation resistance and corrosion resistance in thin air environments.
The product adopts a reinforced structural design: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-strength aluminum-zirconium alloy material, which improves the tensile strength by 30% compared with conventional AACSR conductors; the steel core uses high-carbon galvanized steel wire with anti-brittle treatment, which can resist the brittle fracture risk caused by ultra-low temperature in high-altitude areas; the overall stranding adopts an optimized pitch design, which effectively reduces wind-induced vibration and galloping phenomenon of conductors in strong wind environments.
In addition, the conductor surface is coated with a special anti-UV coating, which can resist the strong ultraviolet radiation in high-altitude areas and prevent the aging and cracking of the aluminum alloy strands. It can operate stably in the temperature range of -50ºC to 100ºC, adapting to the extreme temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude regions. With high electrical conductivity, it reduces transmission loss by 10% under the same load condition, improving the energy utilization efficiency of high-altitude power grids.
