The AACSR-HCR-HIP-HFL is a high-performance high-current all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for heavy-duty industrial plants. It integrates six core advantages: excellent high-current carrying capacity, strong resistance to instantaneous current impact, high thermal stability, durable performance in harsh industrial environments, reliable mechanical strength, and low transmission loss under full load.
The product adopts a high-current optimized structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-purity Al-Mg-Si alloy with enhanced conductivity, and the cross-sectional area is scientifically designed to increase the current-carrying capacity by 30% compared with conventional AACSR conductors; the steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with anti-thermal deformation treatment, ensuring structural stability even under high-temperature full-load operation. The dense concentric stranding design optimizes heat dissipation, preventing conductor overheating and performance degradation caused by long-term high-load operation.
Compared with traditional conductors, this product effectively copes with the instantaneous high-current impact of heavy-industry equipment and maintains stable operation under long-term full load, significantly reducing the risk of line failure and production interruption.
