The AACSR-ABR-MTN-LIN-WND is a high-performance abrasion-resistant all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for mountainous area lines and mountainous wind farm scenarios. It integrates six core advantages: superior abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength for rugged terrain, strong wind vibration fatigue resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, stable current-carrying capacity, and durability in complex mountainous environments.
The product adopts a professional abrasion-resistant structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-strength Al-Zr alloy with a thickened wear-resistant ceramic coating, improving abrasion resistance by 40% compared with conventional AACSR conductors; the steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with anti-brittle treatment, enhancing resistance to mechanical impact from falling rocks and gravel. The dense concentric stranding design minimizes gaps between strands, preventing sand and debris from entering and causing internal abrasion, while optimizing anti-vibration performance to adapt to strong mountain winds.
