The CCS-HFR-DTC-STD is a specialized high-frequency Copper Clad Steel (CCS) strand engineered for data transmission cables. It integrates six core advantages: excellent high-frequency response with low signal attenuation, strong anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) capability, stable electrical conductivity, reliable mechanical strength, compliance with communication cable standards, and cost-effectiveness compared to pure copper high-frequency conductors.

Adopting a high-strength fine-diameter low-carbon steel core with high-purity copper cladding (≥99.95% Cu), the product undergoes precision micro-stranding, surface polishing and anti-oxidation treatment. The high-frequency optimized design ensures a conductivity of ≥25% IACS and signal attenuation ≤0.5dB/100m@1GHz, minimizing signal loss in high-speed data transmission. The uniform copper layer (≥0.2mm) enhances high-frequency signal stability, while the steel core provides tensile strength ≥600MPa, supporting cable laying and installation durability.

Compared with ordinary CCS strands and pure copper conductors, it solves the pain points of high signal attenuation, poor EMI resistance and high cost in high-frequency scenarios. Its optimized 1+6/1+12 micro-stranding structure reduces skin effect impact, improving high-frequency transmission efficiency. The smooth surface treatment reduces signal reflection and interference, ensuring clear data transmission. Compliant with GB/T 11017, IEC 60228 and ASTM B520 standards, it meets strict requirements of high-frequency data transmission systems, ensuring fast, stable and reliable signal delivery.
