2. Standard

The GSW-WRT-MSM-STD is a high-performance wear-resistant galvanized steel wire, exclusively engineered for mine screen mesh production. It integrates six core advantages: excellent wear resistance against ore friction, high tensile strength for heavy-load screening, reliable galvanized rust protection, good ductility for weaving, compliance with mining industry standards, and long service life in harsh mine environments.

Adopting high-quality low-carbon alloy steel as the base material, the product undergoes precision drawing, quenching-tempering and hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The quenching-tempering process enhances surface hardness (≥300HB) and core toughness, making it highly resistant to abrasion caused by repeated impact and friction of ores-wear performance is 80% higher than conventional galvanized steel wire. The dense hot-dip galvanized layer (≥80μm) forms a dual protective barrier, resisting corrosion from mine water, dust and humid environments, avoiding rust-induced mesh damage.

Compared with ordinary steel wire for screen meshes, it solves the pain points of quick wear, poor impact resistance and short service life in mining scenarios. Its optimized ductility allows easy weaving into various mesh sizes (square, rectangular) without cracking, adapting to automatic and manual weaving processes. The uniform wire diameter ensures consistent mesh aperture, improving screening accuracy. Compliant with GB/T 343, ASTM A475 and mining equipment standards, it meets the strict requirements of heavy-duty, high-frequency screening. With tensile strength ≥1000MPa and elongation at break ≥6.0%, it maintains structural stability under continuous vibration, reducing screen mesh replacement frequency and mining operation costs.
