The AACSR-UVR-DST-SOL-STO is a high-performance UV-resistant all aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, specially developed for desert solar farms and solar-storage integrated projects. It integrates six core advantages: superior UV aging resistance, strong tolerance to extreme desert temperatures, excellent sand erosion resistance, stable current-carrying capacity under high heat, durable performance in arid environments, and compatibility with solar-storage grid connection.
The product adopts a professional anti-UV and desert-adapted structure: the aluminum alloy strands are made of high-strength Al-Zr alloy with a (special) multi-layer anti-UV ceramic coating, which blocks 99% of ultraviolet radiation and improves anti-aging life by 50% compared with conventional AACSR conductors; the steel core uses high-tensile galvanized steel wire with anti-sand intrusion treatment, preventing sand particles from causing internal abrasion. The dense concentric stranding design optimizes heat dissipation, avoiding overheating caused by high-temperature desert, while enhancing structural stability against sandstorm impact.
Compared with traditional conductors, this product effectively resists UV-induced cracking, brittleness and performance degradation in desert environments, significantly extending service life in areas with intense sunshine. It operates stably in the temperature range of -40ºC to 110ºC, adapting to the extreme day-night temperature differences (up to 40ºC) and high daytime temperatures in deserts. The anti-UV coating also enhances corrosion resistance, resisting slight salt dust and humid air in desert oases. With high electrical conductivity (≥58% IACS), it ensures low transmission loss for solar-storage grid connection, improving clean energy utilization efficiency.
