1. Applications

Covered line wire is used in overhead distribution circuits operating at primary or secondary voltages.
Covered Line Wire is not an electrically insulated conductor and is treated as a bare conductor when installed.
The insulation provides protection against circuit interruption due to weather.

2. Construction

Conductor can be compressed or concentric strand or solid.
Conductor can be strand of ACSR, AAC,or AAAC or copper upon request.
Normally outer layer of the strand is right-hand, but for copper conductors, the direction of layer of the outer layer of the strand is left-hand.
Covering material can be PE/PVC/XLPE depend on you requirement.
